Terms of Use — Seekr Beam
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern Seekr Beam (the “App”): torch and strobe modes, camera / Clip & Pick utilities, optional Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) connect and message signing, and optional read-only chain views as implemented in your build. The App targets Solana Mobile Seeker (Android). We do not ship an iOS build for this title. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Camera, light, and permissions
The App may request camera, storage, and other OS permissions for torch, strobe, recording, and image export. You control whether to grant them. Use the camera and light lawfully and respectfully in public and private spaces.
2. Wallet and chain features (optional)
If you use MWA, signatures and any transactions you approve are your responsibility. Public keys and on-chain data are visible on the blockchain. We do not custody your private keys. The reference build may use read-only RPC for status checks and a sign test that only produces an off-chain signature over a fixed string.
3. Distribution, SKR, and future on-chain features
The distribution tab may describe intent for future Arweave or SKR-related flows. Menus may sketch future mechanics; no live transfer occurs unless that exact build and its listing say so. These Terms do not guarantee rewards, pool funding, or program deployment.
4. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing in the App is an offer to buy or sell securities or digital assets, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own tax, legal, and compliance decisions.
5. User obligations
Use the App lawfully. Do not use camera, lighting, wallet, RPC, or sharing features to violate laws, harass others, or compromise devices, wallets, or networks.
6. Third parties
RPC endpoints, your wallet app, X, Google / Android, and app stores are third parties with their own terms. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific RPC uptime, or compatibility with every Android device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMESEEKRS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, HARDWARE, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
8. Solana Mobile / Seeker and other marks
“Solana Mobile”, “Seeker”, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. This App is not an official product of Solana Mobile, Inc. unless a separate partnership or co-branding statement exists.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the App.
10. Language and distribution
The App and these Terms are provided in English only. For this release we distribute in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. If we publish a translation later, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after reasonable notice, or use after you install a build that references updated Terms, may constitute acceptance of the changes.
