Privacy Policy — Seekr Beam

Last updated: June 13, 2026 · Operator: GameSeekrs (gameseekrs-max).

Introduction

Seekr Beam (the “App”) is a utility for Solana Mobile Seeker (Solana Mobile’s Android handset): torch and strobe modes, camera preview, Clip & Pick, optional short capture, and optional Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) flows. We ship Android / Seeker only for this line. Contact: @gameseekrs.

This policy covers only the Seekr Beam app. Vault Runner has a separate policy: Vault Runner — Privacy.

By using the App, you agree to this policy.

What we do not operate by default

Information the App may use or display

Camera & media: preview, torch, recording, frame pick — used on-device for features you invoke. Audio is off for the built-in clip path unless a future build states otherwise.

Files on device: clips and frames may live in app cache; we do not upload to GameSeekrs servers unless a version explicitly adds upload and discloses it.

Wallet (optional): public key for signing; we do not receive your seed phrase. On-chain activity you trigger is public on Solana.

Device signals: light haptic feedback; optional device model read for Seeker-class tuning — not used to identify you in the reference design.

How information is used

Information is used to provide torch, strobe, camera, clip, wallet, and status features you invoke; maintain app safety; troubleshoot issues; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing, security, and retention

Clips, frames, and preferences are local to your device unless you save, share, export, or approve a feature that sends data elsewhere. If you use wallet or blockchain features, public keys and on-chain records may be visible publicly. Public blockchain records are generally permanent and cannot be deleted by GameSeekrs.

We use reasonable safeguards for systems we control. Wallet private keys remain in your wallet or Seed Vault; we do not custody them.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Parents should supervise camera, wallet, and internet use.

Third parties & changes

Solana RPC, your wallet app, X, and Google / Android have their own policies when you use those surfaces. We may update this HTML in the public site repo; the “Last updated” line is the source of record here.

Your choices

You can revoke camera, storage, and wallet permissions in Android settings, clear local app data, or uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information we control.
