Privacy Policy — Vault Runner
Introduction
Vault Runner (the “App”) is a skill-based arcade title built for Solana Mobile Seeker (Solana Mobile’s Android handset). It may use optional Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) flows, read-only Solana RPC calls, and on-chain programs described in our public repository. We do not ship an iOS build of this title. High scores and product updates are announced on @gameseekrs.
This policy covers the Vault Runner client and its interaction with the on-chain program (open source in gameseekrs-max/Gameseekrs).
By using the App, you agree to this policy.
What we do not operate by default
- No sale of your personal data.
- No GameSeekrs login or cloud “game account” beyond what you bring via a self-custodial wallet.
- No web cookies (this is a mobile app, not a first-party website).
- No GameSeekrs-operated in-app ad analytics SDK in the reference build described here; if that changes, this page and store listings should be updated before release.
Information the App may use or display
- Wallet connection: your wallet public key is used when you connect or sign; we do not receive your seed phrase or private keys.
- On-chain data: scores, gameplay transactions, SBT mints, and token claims are public on Solana by design.
- RPC: requests to Solana RPC endpoints (defaults or those you configure) may be visible to the RPC operator.
- Location / sensors: only as implemented in a given store build and disclosed on the store listing — read the store description for that version.
How information is used
Information is used to run gameplay, connect optional wallet features, display public on-chain state, troubleshoot the App, and maintain safety and compliance. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing, security, and retention
We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the App, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. Local App data remains on your device unless you export it or approve public blockchain activity. Public blockchain records are generally permanent and cannot be deleted by GameSeekrs.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for systems we control. Wallet private keys remain in your wallet or Seed Vault; we do not custody them.

Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Third parties
Solana RPC providers may see request metadata. If you open our X profile or external links, those services’ policies apply there.
Your choices
You can disconnect wallets, revoke app permissions in Android settings, clear local app data, or uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information we control. Contact us through the channel below for privacy requests.
