Terms of Use — Vault Runner
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and GameSeekrs. They set the rules for installing and playing Vault Runner (the “App”), our arcade-style vertical skill game with optional wallet hooks and on-chain score or identity features. No iOS build is offered for this game line today. By tapping Play, installing, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Skill game — not investment advice
Vault Runner is entertainment. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell securities or crypto assets, investment advice, or a promise of profit. On-chain rewards or SBT-style features, if enabled in a particular build, follow deployed programs and available pool state.
2. Chain, wallet, and program interactions
You approve your own wallet transactions. We do not custody seed phrases or private keys. Chain data is public; devnet versus mainnet behavior depends on the build you installed and the network shown in the App.
3. Beta, RPCs, and uptime
Experimental builds, RPC endpoints, wallet connectors, and on-chain programs can break or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted play or third-party service availability.
4. User obligations
Use the App lawfully. Do not cheat leaderboard or score pipelines, abuse RPC services, harass others, or attempt to compromise wallets, accounts, devices, or networks.
5. Intellectual property
GameSeekrs retains rights in the App package, branding, artwork, UI, documentation, and gameplay experience except where a separate source-code license explicitly applies to specific source files or on-chain program code.
6. Third-party services
Wallet apps, Solana RPC providers, explorers, app stores, and social links are third-party services with their own terms and policies. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMESEEKRS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY BLOCKCHAIN INTERACTION.
9. Trademarks
Solana Mobile, Seeker, and other marks belong to their owners. This game is not an official Solana Mobile release unless we publish that separately.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the App.
11. Language and distribution
The App and these Terms are provided in English only. For this release we distribute in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. If we publish a translation later, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features where permitted by law. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
